We're Growing

It's hard to believe how much we have grown this year. We made sunflowers to show how much we have grown. First we painted our hands yellow and used our handprints to make the petals of the sunflower.

It was very ticklish to paint our hands. We heard lots of giggles.

Then we filled out information about us on the leaves. We all wrote our names! Either by ourselves or by tracing letters.

We cut the leaves out all by ourselves. We are getting really good at cutting with scissors.

Mrs. Jennifer measured us to make the stems. We got to use a yard stick to measure and talked about inches and centimeters. Since we live in Korea, we measured ourselves in centimeters. Zachary was the tallest and baby Esther was the smallest. Mrs. Jennifer put our flowers together. We sure do make a beautiful bunch of sunflowers.
