We have a writing station that we get out at least once a week. When we have room next year, it will be out all the time! Anyway, it is filled lots of paper and all kinds of pens, pencils, crayons, markers and even scissors. The kids love to "play" with this and practice their prewriting skills at the same time.

Outdoor Fun
The weather has been so beautiful lately now that fall has arrived. We have spent a lot of time outside. Last week, we went to the elementary playground, or purple playgroun as we call it, to play for awhile. The little ones had a lot to learn about the safety of a new playground but we still had a really good time.
Ephraim and Frances explored on the see saw.
Everyone loves to swing. Check out Ephraim showing kindness to his friends and pushing Sofie on the swing!
Ephraim and Shelby Grace spent a long time sharing the ball and being so kind to one another.
Fun on the purple playground.

Yellow Fun!
Y-E-L-L-O-W spells yellow! The color yellow has been keeping us busy.
We can play in our yellow sensory box. There are so many different and fun yellow textures to play with.
One of our favorite things is to play with playdough. Check out Mrs. Jennifer's macaroni and cheese :).
Our fine motor skills are at work with lacing the yellow foam beads.

We are published!
We read Ten Apples up on Top by Dr. Seuss and Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you See? by Bill Martin Jr. They inspired us to make our own books.
